She also brought to the community of marriage other property valued at $346, which has been converted to cash.  She claims that the “embarrassment &amp; general disorder” of her husband’s affairs are now such that his estate may not be sufficient to meet her rights and claims for the recovery of her “paraphernal &amp; dotal” property.  She therefore asks for a separation in property from her husband and a judgment against her husband for the recovery of $346 and her slave.
